How much booze
does your party need?
Tell us your headcount and how long the taps will be flowing. We'll work out roughly how much you need, then you pick the kegs, wines, cocktails, staff and extras — and we'll take it from there.
Tell us about the event
This gives you a rough guide for how many litres of beer to order. You can always add more or less once you see the kegs.
FAQs
Do you need power on site?
Yes — the trailer needs power to run. If your venue doesn't have power available, we can supply a generator for an additional cost.
How much space does the trailer need?
The trailer measures 4.4m long by 2.5m wide by 3.5m high. Let us know your space and layout when you enquire and we'll confirm it'll fit comfortably, with room for guests to queue and pour.
Indoors or outdoors?
Either — we've run the trailer at both. Outdoor events without mains power will need a generator (see above).
What's the deposit?
A $750 deposit is required to secure your date, paid via NowBookIt once your booking is confirmed.
Are keg prices locked in?
Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice. Keg pricing is confirmed at time of order, roughly 4 weeks out from your event.
Can we get a refund on unfinished kegs?
We only hire out full kegs, and there are no refunds or exchanges for kegs that aren't finished or aren't opened on the night. Kegs remain the property of the supplying brewery and are collected after your event.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is included for events within a 2 hour drive of Sydney CBD. Further out, we're happy to help — just flag it in your enquiry and we'll come back with a custom travel quote.
Are garnishes included?
Garnishes for cocktails aren't included — let us know if you'd like these added on.
Who can drink?
No alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18 — it's against the law. Licence LIQS220000267.
What happens after I send my enquiry?
We'll come back to confirm availability, delivery, and any generator or access needs, and send through full terms and conditions ahead of booking.
